Our high wattage super high pressure mercury
short arc lamps range from 2KW to 10KW, with spectrum characterized
from 65nm through 436nm. They are mainly used as the light sources
for curing in PCB, LCD and PDP industries.
We have low wattage super high pressure mercury
short arc lamps ranging from 100W to 1KW. The spectrums of this
lamp type are characterized from Deep UV through 436nm. They
are mainly used as the light sources for spot curing in semi
conductor industry. |
