| Ultra-high stable xenon mercury lamps are developed as the
light sources for sport curing with the devices of semi-conductor
industry. The special cathode applied to the lamps is particularly
designed, enhancing the luminous efficiency at Deep UV and I
ray. Both vertical & horizontal types are characterized
with extended life and reliable performance. As for ultra-high
stable xenon lamps, they are also used as the light sources
for sport curing in semi-conductor industry. They are characterized
by the spectrums that are extremely close to the natural sunlight
ranging from the ultra violet zone through infrared zone. This
lamp type is now widely adopted for 75W, 100W and 150W inspection
devices. |
